Mr. Abhay Kumar Tiwari, is a law graduate [B.A.LL.B (Hons)] and LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative law from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. He has served as a Legal Researcher in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and also as a Legal Assistant in the C.G. Commercial Tax Department, Raipur. He is a practicing Advocate since 2016. He is a member of the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association since 2017. He got Associated with Saraswat Associates in the year 2018 and has been dealing in various cases in the area of Value Added Tax and Goods and Services Tax since then.
